Here is a little more about me, my training
and my experiences

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in Montreal. As an Athletic Therapist, I follow the sports medicine model of care and specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, helping individuals get back to their active lifestyles. While working with rugby teams and the general population, I developed a keen interest in understanding the link between body structure and function.

To further my education, I pursued a Master's degree in Science in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy in London, formerly known as the British School of Osteopathy.  The principle of osteopathy is to re-harmonize the body as a whole, enabling its different structures to function optimally.

By integrating both Athletic Therapy and Osteopathy, I can provide patients with more comprehensive care, taking into account the biopsychosocial model of care. My training in osteopathy has also equipped me to treat pregnant women, newborns, children, and the active population.

As an osteopath, I see patients of all ages, from the early days to the late stages of their life, and help them with various conditions ranging from ankle sprains, pregnancy-related issues, acute or chronic back pain, to simple prevention.

To stay current with the latest techniques and advancements in the field, I regularly participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses throughout the year. Additionally, CATA and GOSc, our regulating bodies ensure our highest standard of care by monitoring and maintaining our registrations.

So whether you are an athlete, a sedentary desk-based worker, a marine crew, a pregnant woman and/or a baby; and you would like to optimally improve your health, your osteopath can help !
